What’s the turnaround time for orders?3-6 weeks to create and 2-3 days for shipping via USPS which will include tracking and all packages are insured. If order is placed during a sale expect longer wait times.

Do you sell charms individually?No.

Can I pick my charms?Yes you can pick your charms. However sometimes I find it easier if you let me know some of the things you like and I can create from there.

What all is included in your wine charm glass?Name on glass, signature lips, glittered stem and beaded rings with charms.

How many charms come on the charm glasses?It all depends on the glass you are getting 20oz charm glass and fish bowl charm glass comes with 5 beaded rings with 5 charms. Mini wine glasses and champagne glasses come with 3 beaded rings and 3 charms.

Am I able to get more charms on my glasses?Yes, it’s an additional $5 per charm.

How do I wash my glass?Hand wash only with cool water. Care instructions will be provided with each item.

Do you offer discounts?Yes, on selected items 12 or more.

How do i get an update for my order?If you need an update or to make any changes to your order please use the Let's Chat! someone will reply during operating hours. Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday & Sunday 8am-5pm

How can I order an item I seen on your social media pages?All items are custom made so you may not see the actual photo of the design you would like to order. Just select the item you want to order and leave detailed notes on how you would like it designed. You can also send photos of the post via chat/meassage.
